There are things that you never think about upgrading or just push aside for other upgrades
that may look more vital. The keyboard is one of those upgrades that needs to happen but does
not. There are a lot of different vendors out there and Zippy has some great keyboards for that upgrade.

There are things that you never think about upgrading or just push aside for other upgrades that
may look more vital. The keyboard is one of those upgrades that needs to happen but does not. There
are a lot of different vendors out there and Zippy has some great keyboards for that upgrade.
From Zippy there are a variety of different keyboards which will fit your style may it be office,
on the road, or at home. Of these different varieties we have the Aluminum Multimedia WK-722, Super
Slim Electron-Luminescent EL-725, and the Turbo Office Keyboards WK-9100. Each has its own little
uniqueness that gives it an edge over many competitors' products.

Usability
The Aluminum Multimedia when first taken out of the box catches the eye as it looks very clean. As in
the name yes this keyboard is aluminum, it has an outer aluminum cast that is around the keys. The keys
don’t seem to be aluminum but are very well color matched to the outer case so to mistaken them as aluminum.
When using this keyboard it is very quiet and has numerous feature keys that run along the top edge. These
range from opening your home page to e-mail, to pausing your music. This keyboard has a good slim wrist angle
for typing unlike other keyboards I have tried. Another thing that you may look at it the lights on the
keyboard, do they match your case or are they a normal green color. On this keyboard they are a bright blue
which is somewhat attractive and stylish. For the layout of the keyboard, if you are used to a laptop keyboard
and want to have a external keyboard for it, the layout is very similar in the way that the keys are somewhat
squished together. The last plus about this keyboard is that it is USB. All in all when using this keyboard it
is very comfortable and stylish.
The Super Slim Electron-Luminescent is one of those keyboard for the night owls that need the extra light
in there room, to see what they are typing. When first plugging in this keyboard it lit up like the forth
of July, and I don’t mean that in a bad way. This keyboard has a feature that not many keyboards have, as
every key is back lit with LED lights. The backlighting can be turned either off or on with a simple key
press. Another feature that seems to be going into a lot of keyboards lately is the hot buttons on the
top of the keyboard. This keyboard has a variety of them from e-mail to putting your computer to sleep. It
also is USB and is easily found by windows. The keys seem to be very well made and are very quiet. When
using the keyboard as it does have much of an angle so it was somewhat hard to adjust my wrist to conform
to typing with it. The key layout again is like a laptop squish layout. In the end there is not too much
bad with this keyboard if you like the very slim style.
For the Turbo Office keyboard it has many features and stylish design. When looking at the keyboard you
will see there are a lot of extra buttons around. They all serve a very important purpose to someone who
is working in the office typing up the memos or composing the spreadsheets. These functions consist of copy,
cut and paste and a scroll wheel for switching between active windows, these are on the left side of the
keyboard and on the right has your music controls with another wheel for volume. Along the top there are three
groupings of buttons that open certain programs like Word or Excel, log off the computer or just power off. The
last set is for the internet user which has e-mail, favorites, and search. Another cool feature is that they
have made another use for the F keys. They now can be set to open a new document, save, spell check, and send
and print e-mail or word documents. When using this keyboard it has the traditional layout, not too cramped and
not too far apart. The Turbo comes in 3 different colors white w/black keys, grey w/grey keys, and black w/black
keys. The one drawback to this keyboard is that it is PS-2 only but you’re not out of luck if all you have is USB
as Zippy has an optional adapter that converts it to USB.
