I’ll never forget my first really big home print job. It was going to be my 6'th grade teacher’s birthday and I really needed some brownie points. So I booted up my trusty Commodore 64 and plunked out the words, “Mrs. Muranaka Rules!” in bold print spanning five sheets of paper (connected with perforated edging – remember that?)… You could see every single print line, the black color faded in and out, and it took about 20 minutes to print, but I got my ‘A’ regardless ;-)
